Guaranteed Quality

VDM is GMP+ certified. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a quality assurance system for the food and feed industry. Weekly inspections and analyses are carried out to guarantee high quality standards. All of our raw material suppliers are, of course, GMP+ certified. In addition, we apply our own intensive quality controls.

GMO-Free

GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organism and refers to the deliberate modification of an organism’s genes. By altering genes, crops can become more resistant to drought and diseases and often have a longer shelf life. Many consumers prefer to avoid GMOs, as the long-term effects of genetic modification are not yet fully known. Cavom has therefore chosen to keep all products completely GMO-free, ensuring optimal quality.

Sustainable

Sustainability has long been a natural part of our operations. Our factory uses no gas and runs for 50% on solar energy. In addition, our method of pressing kibble requires less energy. With our new paper packaging and separate inner bags, we make waste separation easy.
